"At Fenetex, we don’t just say we make the best screens in the world, we’ll prove it to you every time you use our screens."
Headache Free: Fenetex's exclusive, self-tensioning end-retention system eliminates 99.9% of the problems associated with other types of screens.
No need to adjust tracks for optimal performance, no zippers to break and no screens coming out of their tracks.
Quiet: Fenetex screens are engineered to be nearly silent when they are down, even if it is windy—even in a hurricane.
Fenetex screens use springs that apply an even, steady tension; relaxing in your outdoor space with only the sounds you want to listen to.
Use whenever: No need to put your screens up if it gets a little windy: Fenetex screens can handle very high wind speeds.
Shade & Clear screens (16’W x 10’H) tested in 100 MPH winds; Hurricane screens are not just tested in the lab—they have been tested in real hurricanes, with over 200 MPH winds.
Built to Last: Marine-grade materials. Powder coated, anodized aluminum components, UV protected nylons, stainless steel fasteners and top-quality fabrics ensure you will avoid the corrosion, rust staining and premature screen failures that plague so many motorized screen products.
Lifetime Warranty: "No other company can stand behind their products like Fenetex can, because no other company can match our quality." [see sidebar; 'Resources' for full warranty details]
Strong as you need it to be: Fenetex manufactures screens for insects, shade, inclement weather and even hurricanes; Fenetex hurricane screens are made with advanced hybrid ballistic fabrics that are approved by the Florida Building Commission for High Velocity Hurricane Zones (where wind speeds can be in excess of 150 MPH).
Save $$$: Using exterior shade screens is one of the most effective things you can do to lower your cooling bills. Additionally, most insurance companies in hurricane zones offer insurance premium discounts when homeowners have Fenetex hurricane screens installed.
Get Smart: Control Fenetex screens locally with a simple remote, or go a little deeper into the tech and control them with your phone. Fenetex screens seamlessly integrate with all the most popular home automation systems, so you can dive into the tech as deep as you want.
Bespoke Screens: Every screen is crafted exactly to customers' specifications. Fenetex offers a broad selection of standard extrusion colors, fabrics and system options. However, if you want to match a certain paint color, or if you have a particular fabric in mind that Fenetex doesn’t stock, they can usually accommodate your requests.
"What you will get from us is the best engineered screen system in the world and excellent customer service through a highly qualified dealer network – and we guarantee it."
Fenetex typically ships your screens to the installing dealer within 4 weeks of receipt of an order from them.
There is no such thing as a cheap retractable screen—even the lowest cost ones can seem expensive.
Fenetex falls into the “best value” category: Their prices are about 10-15% more than the least expensive options, and 10-15% less than the most expensive options.
There are a lot of advantages to be gained by spending the extra 10-15% to bypass the budget screens, but nothing to be gained by spending more.
If Fenetex refers you to a dealer, or if a dealer is a Fenetex Certified Installer, you can be assured that:
-Fenetex has vetted them and knows the quality of their work
-They have received training from Fenetex.

Fenetex built their first hurricane screens in 2007; Many of these screens are still being used today.
Fenetex is not aware of any screen systems that are no longer serviceable due to age.
It is true that some screens or components have had to be replaced or repaired over the years due to wear and tear from things like: prolonged sun exposure, prolonged use as a windbreak, very strong hurricanes or simple neglect.
These kinds of things are not manufacturing defects (so they are not covered by the warranty) but if a screen is repairable, Fenetex will make repairs and provide parts at reasonable costs.
No.
No. Fenetex was the first company to develop adjustable screen tracks.
Their patent uses springs because this is the preferred method for creating even tension in a screen—and the associated costs are much lower.
Magnets came as a later development, but magnets don’t have the benefits of springs (predictable tension levels, quiet operation, and lower cost.)
No. Fenetex screens are nearly silent—even in very strong winds.
Fenetex was one of the first companies to manufacture fabric hurricane shutters; Early customers loved how quiet their shutters were, so they began to implement that same quality in their shade, insect and wind control products.
Yes. The fabric that Fenetex uses is very strong—actually stronger by-weight than steel.
They use the same kind of advanced fibers that are used in bullet proof vests, giving Fenetex hurricane screens the same level of strength as a high quality aluminum roll shutter.
Yes, all Fenetex screens have an FR rating, which means that they won’t burn.
They will char when exposed to an open flame, but they will not catch fire.
